Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has excellent chemical resistance, is insoluble in all known solvents and is incombustible, may be used up to 260°C (500˚F). PTFE's coefficient of friction is extremely low. It is non-stick, very slippery, wear resistant, moisture resistant and chemical resistant.
