Polyurethane 90 durometer (PU 90)
Recommended use for:
Abrasion resistance, resistance to oils, solvents, fats, greases and gasoline, tear resistant, has outstanding resistance to oxygen, ozone, and sunlight and has excellent heat and cold resistance. Used in automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, heavy machinery industries to withstand demanding operating conditions and offer extended service life
Temperature range:
-90° F to 225° F (-68° C to 107° C)
Not Recommended for:
Continuous use above 225°F is not recommended nor is PU recommended in hot water over 175°F. At low temperatures, polyurethane will remain flexible down to -90°F. A gradual stiffening will occur at 0°F, but will not become pronounced until much lower temperatures are obtained.
