Press-in metal clad rod wipers in our standard Nitrile (Buna-N) 90 shore lip. Used to eliminate dust, dirt, moisture or contamination which can cause damage to cylinder walls and rods. Will extend seal life in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The metal case offers greater life span and wear resistance. Can be special ordered in a softer Nitrile 70 shore lip. Temp. Tear resistant and has excellent resistance to oxygen, ozone and sunlight and has excellent heat and cold resistance. Temp. Range: -90°F to 220°F (-68°C to 107°C). Not recommended for continuous use above 225° or in hot water above 175°.

7500-style Thread Seals in Nitrile (Buna-N) 70 shore and plated steel. a one-piece molded in place seal with rubber sealing material mechanically locked Ito the metal retaining washer making them safe and reliable for threaded devices. Often used for sealing specifically against threads and require no special fabrication style of bolt, screw or thread. Temp. Range: -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 120°C).

400-style Bonded Washers in Nitrile (Buna-N) 70 shore and cold rolled steel. Inner sealing ring bonded to an outer metal retaining washer. Used in applications where stronger sealing is desired around a screw or bolt, as compared to conventional washers. Temp. Range: -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 120°C).

Standard AS 568 size PTFE solid back-up rings, designed to be used between an o-ring and the extrusion gap. Temp. Range: -95°F to 480°F (-70°C to 250°C).

End caps or end plugs are designed to prevent a rotary shaft from passing through the housing wall. Made of metal with a bonded Nitrile cover, these provide protection for the bearings or for a shaft that does not protrude. End caps are designed to fit into the bore with the same tolerance as the OD of an oil seal. Offered in a larger selection of standard metric and inch sizes and alternative materials and additional sizes may be quoted upon request.
